Monday Lunch On The Go

Mondays are crazy. They begin early in the morning and don’t end until late afternoon. It’s important to come to school on these days full of healthy snacks to keep our brains running! It doesn’t even take that long to make healthy little lunches! Our snacks and lunch for today include a turkey sandwich with spinach and black berry jelly on a slightly toasted English muffin, carrots and grape tomatoes, a plum, a honey almond flax Kashi granola bar, and a cottage cheese pineapple blend! One satisfied tummy = one excelling student! We’re always trying to find the positives in the usual dreaded Monday mornings..
