Healthy Snacks

Who loves snack time?! We love snack time. We are constantly snacking on healthy foods to keep our metabolism up and running at full speed. For us, we have found that our bodies are happy with six meals a day. That may seem like a lot to some, but it works for us. It’s important to find what makes your body happy, and stick to that. If we go a day without lots of snacks we find ourselves sluggish, tired, and not ourselves! This is why we love to come up with fun, creative snack ideas to keep our bodies satisfied!

Want to hear about some of our FAVORITE snacks and products?! I thought so.. & we would love to share them with you!

Up first, is an English muffin or whole wheat bread topped with natural peanut butter and a banana!


Cottage cheese topped with apple slices and cinnamon. Actually, more like cottage cheese topped with anything. Pineapple, bananas, kiwi, oranges, pears, pomegranate seeds, you name it.


(Our favorite brand. Added fiber is a plus!)

Yoplait Frozen Yogurt. So many good flavors and all we need is two spoons.


Next.. Luna bars! We love them all so much, we can’t even decide which one is our favorite.


Kale Chips. Super easy. Lightly toss in olive oil and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. You can easily season them with whatever you want before baking.


We love Chobani and creating our own greek yogurt parfaits.


Smoothies. All kinds. Green monster, fruit, punpkin, ect. We are addicted!



And last but certainly not least, oatmeal! Always the perfect choice, no matter the time of day.


(We like ours without mixing the milk in sometimes..)
