About

We are identical twin sisters who share more than just a DNA but a love for cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. Full time college students pursuing degrees in different fields. Together we find time to de-stress from our busy schedules and try new recipes in the kitchen. We try to keep our diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and other foods that will fuel us throughout the day. We are always up to try something new. Some of our go-to favorites include any type of oatmeal, pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, almond milk, bananas, sweet potatoes, Lara bars, egg whites, and peanut butter. Together we also enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, TJ’maxing, and spending time with family and friends.

Kayla is currently studying psychology at Lebanon Valley College. Her goal is to graduate and immediately begin a PhD program in clinical psychology. Her dream job would involve working with patients who are dealing with any type of disorder involving food (not eating enough-or over eating). Her long-term goals include teaching at the college level and writing a book about living a healthier lifestyle. Next semester she plans on studying abroad in Melbourne, Australia.

Devon is currently a double major studying early childhood education and special education at Lebanon Valley College. Her goal is to graduate and find a job teaching in the area before moving to wherever Kayla decides to get her PhD. After teaching for a few years she hopes to go back to school to either specialize or to get her administrative certificate and become an Elementary School Principal. Her long-term goals include becoming a professor and teaching at the college level, traveling the world, and planting the largest garden I have ever seen in my own backyard. She would also love to open her own little cafe.

We both get a great amount of satisfaction out of sharing recipes and good food with others!
